Dan's reputation as a top realtor in Mt Washington has been known to me for over 20 years. It was time for me to sell this year 2025 and Dan did not dissappoint. Within three weeks of listing he got multiple bids for well over the asking price. A month later escrow closed smoothly. All of that speed and ease did not just happen by good chance. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our work with Dan. He is patient, effective, knowledgeable and an all round nice guy. I should also mention that in selling our house we had over 60 offers, and ended up about $500K over asking. This exceeded our expectations by a mile. It was a great, painless experience from start to finish.

Dan has been our realtor for a long time and throughout he has been extremely professional, courteous and honest during our home buying and selling experiences and in-between. In our most recent sale of our house, we were abroad throughout the entire process and we trusted Dan with all aspects related to the home sale, managing various contractors to get the house in shape. Knowing Dan was in charge gave us peace of mind in otherwise hectic times, and the end result surpassed our already high expectations. We ended up with multiple offers that exceeded our wildest dreams by a mile.

I have three words - Real Estate god - that's what Dan is. i lived in the Mt. Washington neighborhood for close to twenty years - first as a renter, and then finally as a homeowner. It took me three years to buy my first home and in that time period I became familiar with the properties that Dan listed. When it came time for me to sell my own home, I wasn't sure Dan would even take it on, as he has a certain aesthetic, which is decidedly not "fixer upper." My house was a unique property (great views, room for a pool, 3 car garage) but I had never finished all the improvements I had wanted to do (like unifying all the outdoor fencing!) Dan patiently walked me through the upgrades that he thought would make a difference. He was conservative, cautiously optimistic and patient. Dan's strategies paid off - and I had 32 offers (half of which were cash) in seven days. Couldn't have been happier. House sold above my "I'd be ecstatic if I got this price..."

The last time we bought/sold property was in 1990 so you can imagine how much hand holding we needed. Selling the house you built, where you lived for almost 30 years and raised your family during a pandemic and the holidays is a big deal. But OMG, Dan was just fantastic. No matter what time of day our anxiety kicked in, we could reach him. (I don't know how he does that!) We always felt like we were being listened to, that we were the ones in charge and that it was about what we wanted. He is a sage and a consummate professional. Would we choose him again? Absolutely! Do we recommend him? 100%.
