Originally from Binghamton, New York, Dan has called Myrtle Beach home for more than 28 years, beginning with his time at Coastal Carolina University. Today, he specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes, condos, primary residences, and investment properties—with a focus on providing a seamless, straightforward experience.

Dan first discovered his passion for real estate in 2000 while working as a Reservations Coordinator with Dunes Realty. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2001, he expanded his expertise with Coldwell Banker Chicora and McQuiddy Properties before returning to Dunes Realty Sales in 2006 as a Realtor Associate.

Highly organized, responsive, and committed to his clients’ success, Dan is praised for his thorough communication and ability to navigate complex transactions with ease. His dedication to doing things the right way has earned him numerous accolades and a loyal client base.

Dan resides in The Market Common area of Myrtle Beach with his wife, Michelle, and their son, Shane. He proudly supports his alma mater, the CCU Chanticleers, and volunteers with the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance and Balmoral HOA. When he's not working, you’ll find him golfing, boating, or enjoying time with family on the beach.
