Originally from Binghamton, New York, Dan has called Myrtle Beach home for more than 28 years, beginning with his time at Coastal Carolina University. Dan first discovered his passion for real estate in 2000 while working as a Reservations Coordinator with Dunes Realty. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2001, he expanded his expertise with Coldwell Banker Chicora and McQuiddy Properties before returning to Dunes Realty Sales in 2006 as a Realtor Associate.
