Born in Anaheim, California, I grew up across the country—from the farms of San Diego to the city streets of Chicago and the mountains of Truckee. My early years taught me resilience and independence, qualities that shaped every step of my journey. At nineteen, I purchased my first home and became a mother, determined to create stability and opportunity for my family. Years later, after building a career as a salon owner, I faced a turning point when an injury ended my work behind the chair. With two children and a single income, I took a leap of faith and started over in real estate. Within months, I earned Rookie of the Year and closed my first year just shy of my $100,000 goal—proof that discipline, vision, and grit can transform any challenge into success.
Today, I’m honored to be a Top Producer and coach, helping others reach their goals while continuing to grow my own legacy with my husband, Alan. My daughter, Dr. Cynthia Mercedez, is now a cardiology resident at Banner Hospital in Phoenix, leading a nonprofit focused on global heart health, and my son, Elijah, purchased his first home at nineteen and is thriving in his career. Real estate gave me the freedom to show my children—and my clients—that we have the power to design our futures, one decision at any time.
