Dana was such a pleasure to work with! We had some challenges with our house that made us apprehensive to list but she assured us that she would be able to make the sale process go smoothly. She definitely kept that promise! She was even able to get us over asking in the current market, which we couldn’t believe. Our home sale seemed perfect at first, but rapidly became complicated and difficult. Dana hung in there and saw it through. Very knowledgeable about rural properties which often “don’t fit in a box”.
