Wow! Danan made buying a house so easy!
I was new to home buying, and have heard so may bad stories from friends and family about terrible agents.

Danan was very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable, he helped me every step of the way! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker, including helping me to find a really good broker.
This made it so much easier to move in less than 3 months.

Danan is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the entire process. He really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the space. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the the homes at any time we asked.

I was even in recently Vegas and called upon Danan as I was looking for an investment property. Even though I was aware that Danan’s operation of business is in Washington, I have decided to call upon him any way, just to see in which ways he could have helped. I was not at all surprised that he was able to connect me with a great agent in the city of Las Vegas, who immediately made connections with me the following day to view some of the properties.

This is by far, the best realtor and real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Danan is by far highly recommended anytime, if ever you are looking for the best house for the most affordable price on the market. Best of the Best.

Danan listened and reminded me at times what was important to me and my family. Though it happened so fast, I didn’t feel rushed to decide nor did I feel like I asked too many questions to make the right decisions. Purchasing an investment property can get a bit overwhelming. Danan is truly a professional who knows what it takes to get the job done. Closing on our new property was a breeze and as our agent, Danan provided great and detailed communication that kept us informed every step of the way. Do not be afraid to ask him questions especially if having concerns over a property. He won't tell you want to hear but instead... the truth based on years of experience and understanding market conditions. Danan comes highly recommended and we affectionately refer to him as "The Bus Driver" because all his clients really have to do is get on... he'll do the rest. Danan helped us with our purchase of a house in Ocean Shores, Wa. When we were interested in purchasing another property in Arizona we contacted him as well. Though he was not able to help us directly for the purchase of a house in Arizona, he got us connected to a lender and a real estate agent to help us. He followed through and made sure that the lender and real estate agent had contacted us and was answering our questions and doing what we requested.

We are very happy with Danan and would (and have) referred him to friends and family. He is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you.
