Dane helped tremendously in helping me find a rental property that fit all my needs while providing insight on the different qualities of each remodel and property and what to expect with each of them. And Dane’s service didn’t stop there. Throughout the entire lease process he went back and forth with the listing agent to make sure I was heard and all my needs and accommodations were met. Even after the lease was signed he never let up on making sure the house was ready for me on move in day. Can’t thank or recommend Dane enough!

Moving from LA to ATX, I had no realtor connections. I was very nervous as I did not know the area or the market(looking in the 7-800k range). I found Dane and it was truly one of the best decisions of my life. Not only is he an expert on the area and market, but he provided candid advice to ensure I was making the right decision for my life. What can I say..working with Dane was an absolute pleasure. The moment I indicated that my roommate and I were looking to lease a home he was able to get listings sent to my email that met the exact requirements we were looking for. Needless to say we found “the one” and We LOVE our new place. Initially, there were some repairs we wanted to have done before agreeing to the lease… Dane went to bat for us and all of it was done immediately. Dane has continued to check in on us and be helpful even after his obligation to us was completed. So long as I live in the area I’ll never use another realtor and I’ll never refer a friend or loved one to anyone else other than Dane. You can absolutely rely and him to be HONEST (a quality few and far between these days) and transparent. Simply put- you need look no further. You’ve found your realtor!!

I first contacted Dane this time last year, I let him know that we were selling two homes in Corpus Christ TX, and moving to Austin. I had not had to rent in almost 20 years. He went above and beyond to help me with all the crazy things that I had to do! He's literally a Rock Star, I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. I can not recommend Dane highly enough!! We had a unique situation, moving from overseas with a big family. Dane was great about communicating over text (a MUST when we were in a different time zone for most of the process), his replies were fast, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Because of our unique situation, we had a lot of trouble getting a place. Dane had to put in a lot of extra work to help us find something, but even though he wasn’t getting a big commission, his helpfulness and hard work never faltered until we found the perfect place!!
