Dane Carter was a tremendous help to me when buying a house. He was direct and very communicative at all times. Always ready to jump on the phone and help out with any questions we had. I was very lucky to have him referred to me as he truly has his client’s best interests in mind. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has gone above and beyond every step of the way and even helping out after we’d closed and checking in with me on move in day.

Would give him more stars if I could. This man has been the best part of my home buying experience aside from becoming a home owner.

He helped us with the selling of our home and was with us through the whole process of purchasing another. Dane has done this for so long, he knows how this market works so you can get the best deal. What can I say..working with Dane was an absolute pleasure. The moment I indicated that my roommate and I were looking to lease a home he was able to get listings sent to my email that met the exact requirements we were looking for. Needless to say we found “the one” and We LOVE our new place. Initially, there were some repairs we wanted to have done before agreeing to the lease… Dane went to bat for us and all of it was done immediately. Dane has continued to check in on us and be helpful even after his obligation to us was completed. So long as I live in the area I’ll never use another realtor and I’ll never refer a friend or loved one to anyone else other than Dane. You can absolutely rely and him to be HONEST (a quality few and far between these days) and transparent. Simply put- you need look no further. You’ve found your realtor!!

We weren’t “easy” clients but Dane would never admit so! He is a go-getter, driven, and motivated. He found us a brand new home, below our max budget, and we were approved and moving in in no time. Talk about a phenomenal Christmas gift!

I first contacted Dane this time last year, I let him know that we were selling two homes in Corpus Christ TX, and moving to Austin. I had not had to rent in almost 20 years. He went above and beyond to help me with all the crazy things that I had to do! He's literally a Rock Star, I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. I can not recommend Dane highly enough!! We had a unique situation, moving from overseas with a big family. Dane was great about communicating over text (a MUST when we were in a different time zone for most of the process), his replies were fast, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Because of our unique situation, we had a lot of trouble getting a place. Dane had to put in a lot of extra work to help us find something, but even though he wasn’t getting a big commission, his helpfulness and hard work never faltered until we found the perfect place!!
