Daneen Law has been in Cape Cod real estate for 21+ years, personally closing hundreds of transactions on behalf of clients who praise her exceptional market insights and local network, —along with her positive, patient approach to buying and selling real estate.

A 4th-generation native of Cape Cod, she is a consistently top-ranked agent with an understanding of local real estate that’s comprehensive as it is detailed. Specialties include purchasing and selling local real estate for remote and long-distance buyers, and shepherding clients through difficult or emotionally complex transactions.

“Real estate is something I practice every day,” she points out, “and I want people to know I’m with them every step of the way to guide them through the process and get us over the finish line.”

Her longtime real estate expertise, coupled with a true love of her craft, enable Daneen to offer a buying or selling experience that’s pleasant and enjoyable. “The best part of my job is the friendships and relationships I’ve forged,” she states, “and knowing I’ve played a small role in helping someone achieve their dream.”

She lives in Orleans, Massachusetts with her husband Jim. When not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her adult children, traveling, boating and staying current on health and wellness practices.
