We contacted Dani through the sign on a property we were interested in purchasing. She was great, she worked with us and the seller every step of the way. She made sure everything stayed on track through escrow. And we did all this by phone and email. We met her in person on signing day!
We really enjoyed working with her and if we buy or sell again we will definitely pick Dani!

Wow, wow, wow! We used Dani to help us sell our rental property in the Shadle area. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she priced it right and we had competing bids coming in. She presented all the offers to us and showed us bottom line net on all of the offers.
After the house closed we had an issue with the yard. We had paid upfront for someone to come mow the lawn one last time but he never showed up. She took it upon herself to hire someone to come in and take care of it for the new owner. Amazing integrity. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, every step of the way!
We highly recommend Dani for any real estate transaction you are considering. The best!

Dani Carpenter did an outstanding job helping navigate the purchase of our new home. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but she knew her stuff and was efficient about getting everything done on time. She didn't miss a beat and I will absolutely tell all my friends and family to call her if they want to buy or sell a house. I also want to add that I trusted her decisions with who was a good lender as well as escrow officer. Josh Louik (our loan officer)and Paige Willingham (our escrow officer were top notch and worked hard on their end to get the job done. Glad Dani has great people in her corner. As a seasoned commercial real estate broker, I've had the privilege of working with many different types of customers, personality types, and co-brokers.  Although there is a significant difference between commercial and residential brokerage; customer service, along with extensive knowledge of one's specialty, is what distinguishes the best from the mediocre in the brokerage business.  This is why I made the wise choice of listing my home with a seasoned professional, instead of trying to save a buck by doing it myself (the mediocre approach).  Dani was not only exceptionally professional, she was efficient and extremely knowledgeable.  Dani's advice to prepare the home before putting it on the market (e.g, staging both the home and yard, along with addressing minor repair items beforehand), created a phenomenal atmosphere for the eventual showings and expedited the receipt of multiple, above listing price offers.  I am beyond pleased with the services provided by Dani, and due to her gifted proficiency, the home ended up selling for 20% higher than I'd even hoped for.  Thank you Dani for representing us and making the process from pre-listing to closing a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Dani is very personable, honest, respectful and She was so patient, so involved, reassuring and everything we needed her to be when we needed her the most.
We moved from out of town and we were in a temporary living situation, which presented its' own challenges. She consistently responded promptly and researched anything we had questions about. Dani spent extra time visiting homes we were interested in to get a good understanding of what we were looking for, and she was always available.
She was knowledgable about the housing market, neighborhoods, and all of the aspects of the house structure, things that a buyer can miss when being overwhelmed.

In my opinion, Dani is the best realtor in Spokane!! I would never use any other realtor. Hopefully, I am done buying houses before she retires! She is extremely professional and very responsive. If things get gnarly with the sale or purchase, she never stresses (or lets it show anyway). She will always get the job done! She is a true expert in her field. You can ask her anything.
