We contacted Dan about a local rental we had interest in. He was so responsive and helpful. I contacted him and within an hour we were able to see the rental. There was also a lot of confusion between the owner and the property management company which he helped clear up so that we could proceed. My family and I are now in the house and loving it. We have just purchased a condominium as an investment property that our daughter will be living in. Dan contacted us shortly after we viewed the property online, and has walked with us every step of the way.

We live 14 hours away, thus could not view the property in person. Dan has gone above and beyond to help us purchase the property, secure workmen to paint and make some small repairs, and have everything in order for a quick closing. What could have been an exceptionally difficult and stressful process has been seamless.

We are in our 50’s and have bought and sold numerous properties as primary and secondary homes over our 30+ years of marriage. Dan has been one of the best agents we have ever had. My experience with Dan has been nothing but positive. I'm a first time home buyer and he was able to walk me through the entire process top to bottom answering all of my inquires along the way ( I had a lot and challenged him on almost every number on many documents). Dan was the key reason why I was able to lock in a favorable rate before the rate started to increase by 95 basis points. Since day one, Dan has worked through out the day and well into the evenings providing critical and time sensitive updates and requirements that I needed to make on my end. Additionally, post closing, Dan performed multiple follow-ups with me to ensure complete satisfactory of my new home for any defects/issues (there was one and is being addressed via his 3pty business associates). The bottom line is, if you want reliable and efficient service, Dan is your guy. Highly recommended!

Dan and his team were very attentive to us when we were selling our house and purchasing our new one. He found us a buyer for our house: a very nice couple with children, all of whom were very excited to be moving into our house. It made it easier for us to leave, knowing that a new family was eager to make their own memories in the house in which we had raised our children. We had a few "bumps in the road" while moving out - it took us longer than expected. The buyers were very accommodating. Dan was very helpful, including putting out the last of the trash for pick up 3 days after we had moved out. In the weeks and months since we have moved, Dan has been very helpful: since all of our belongings are in storage, and we are working with a designer on our new house, Dan retrieved our listing photos so we could show the designer the items with which she will be working.
When purchasing our new house, Dan and his team were just as attentive: we were sent listings every day; Dan was very accommodating in his schedule re: taking us to showings (we were coming up from the shore, needing to see multiple locations in a day); he respected our budget and our housing requirements. He was willing to think outside the box, showing us houses in areas familiar to us as well as areas that we had not thought to consider.
Since buying our new house, Dan periodically checks in with us: are we settling in okay? Are we enjoying the house? Is there anything that he can do to help? Do we need referrals - contractors, electricians, painters, plumbers, etc.?
Selling a house, moving into temporary housing, buying another house, moving from temporary housing into the new house - it's an incredibly stressful time. Dan and his team were a huge help to us.

Dan is the best. I’m trying to put into words that describes his work ethic but words wouldn’t be enough to describe how great he is. There was multiple times where I gave up on buying a house because it was very tough. I would find a house I’d like then something would go wrong & with it being a buyers market it’s very common. Dan stood by my side with each & every step & told me not to give up & that i would find the house I love & indeed he pushed me to look at the house I’m in now & it was the house i was looking for.
