Daniel Dunnivant

Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the commercial real estate sector and the advertising and marketing world. In a career that has spanned over 30 years his leadership responsibilities have included Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Public Affairs, and Operations.

Mr. Dunnivant is also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Minor in Business. He served as the Multi-Market President for Clear Channel until joining the Counts Commercial Real Estate Group as Director of Real Estate.

His areas of expertise include: commercial sales/leasing, site selection, land purchase/lease, easements, portfolio management, residential sales, lobbying with governmental agencies at Federal, State, and Local levels to change ordinances and law, revenue management.

He is married to Michaél and they have two children, Dane and Sophe-Hayden.
