Early in his career, Daniel realized the traditional 6% model no longer made sense for Denver sellers. He saw families losing their equity to a system that had not changed in decades.
So he built a better path. A full-service experience with a flat-fee structure backed by a local Denver broker who handles everything personally.
That idea brought Fixed Rate Real Estate to life and changed what a flat fee realtor in Denver could look like.

When Daniel began his real estate career, he saw the same challenge across Denver. Clients wanted to work with him, but the 6% commission he was required to charge held them back.
As a new Denver real estate broker at the time, he had no choice.
It was 6%, or no deal.
Families were losing thousands in fees.
And that problem needed a real solution.
Daniel created one.
A model that lets sellers work with a full-service Denver broker while keeping far more of their home’s value.
