Dan is a great real estate agent. Knowledgeable, reliable and very responsive. We worked with Dan for over 4 months. We actually found a home within our first week of searching, but after the inspection process revealed a major issue we cancelled the contract. Dan continued to search for homes with us until we once again found a
home we loved. As everything was moving along and we were waiting for closing the world shut down due to covid. Obviously this caused us concern and anxiety. Things were changing everyday. Dan did an amazing job checking in with us and passing along any news he had. Even after our closing, Dan made sure to let us know that he was available in case we had any questions. We highly recommend Dan!

Daniel is great! He is knowledgeable about Chicago, its various neighborhoods, and what is a good value in a property. He gently steered us away from a place that likely had water damage and he helped us find the place we were looking for. He always texted and emailed back right away!

We have worked with Dan more than once and he is patient, professional, and incredibly responsive. The first time we were a single couple so it wasn't as complicated. However, the last time we house hunted we had three kids in tow! All this to say he's got your back no matter the situation. He's great with kids!

Daniel is the best real estate agent you could hope for. He helped me find the perfect home and it was a journey that took us nearly a year to complete. After selling my home in Aug 2019, Daniel helped me navigate the market by visiting home after home with me. He pointed out numerous issues and things to look out for, and his efforts allowed me to save time and money in avoiding many bad selections. Finally 10 months later I settled on the perfect home, but it happened at the peak of the pandemic in May of 2020. No matter, Daniel was well connected and helped me source out people critical with closing like the inspector and a real estate attorney. The closing went very smoothly during a time where it was common for things to get delayed or not done at all.
