A 19-year veteran of the real estate industry, Daniel “Chip” James is a top producer in Dayton, Ohio, where he's been fortunate enough to be among the state's top 1% of REALTORS®. Chip prides himself on putting the interest of his buyers and sellers above everything else and making himself personally available for communication throughout the process. An active member of member of Dayton REALTORS® - Chip is also a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, and the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS®. Chip has been a designated Accredited Buyer's Representative and a certified e-Pro internet professional. In 2020, he was named to the Dayton Business Journal's 40 Under 40 list for his business achievements and was also featured in Florida Realtor magazine as one of four associates successfully using video marketing at a high level.

When he's not working with customers, Chip can likely be found on a pickleball court, or with his wife and their five children. Chip and his wife, who has eight siblings adopted from all over the world, sit on the board of AdoptTogether, a nonprofit organization founded by her family to assist others looking to adopt.
