When he's not working with customers, Chip can likely be found spending time as a varsity basketball coach at Dayton Christian School, or with his wife and their five children. Chip and his wife, who has eight siblings adopted from all over the world, sit on the board of AdoptTogether, a nonprofit organization founded by her family to assist others looking to adopt.
