About Daniel

As a teacher of English literature to urban high schoolers Dan Keenan saw families struggling with rising rents poor-quality apartment living and an inability to get ahead. Having come from financial struggles in his own family and upbringing and having purchased his first home while still in his 20s Dan learned the benefits of homeownership and has purchased several homes to rehab and resell. As a native Californian Dan has earned BAs in English literature and theology and a post graduate degree in education along with his real estate license. He serves as the family pastor at his local church and has led several youths’ missions’ teams to Mexico.
