My name is Dan Larson and I have been licensed in the state of Florida for 25 years. I grew up in the Bay area and I am familiar with every nook and cranny from Manatee County to Hernando County. But My heart lives IN Tampa Bay!

I have a construction background working for a builder for 20 years of my career so I have extensive subcontractor relationships and unlike most agents have expert knowledge of new construction i.e. custom home building, Tear down and rebuild, lot evaluation and renovation
In addition, I have lenders who will finance custom homes and renovation loans, lot loans and full-scale tear down and rebuild loans I am a great resource for lenders, title companies, surveyors inspectors and every myriad of construction trades.

I have deep knowledge of deficiencies in pre-owned homes and have saved many clients from nightmare homes. I have a group of inspectors and myself to protect you from buying a money pit and can diagnose and repair issues or deficiencies no matter what the issue.
