About Daniel

Daniel was born and raised in Yonkers and is an expert in real estate in Westchester County but got his start as a rental listing agent in New York City. Growing up he watched his parents run their own business which instilled a strong work ethic in him at a very young age. He started working at 12 and has been employed in many different and interesting jobs ever since!

Daniel studied business in college and the majority of his experience was in providing outstanding customer service in the sales field. He is great at making people feel comfortable and always prides himself at being approachable and down to earth. In his free time, Daniel likes to volunteer at his local neighborhood association and community board. He and a friend also started “The Friends of Mosholu Parkland” an environmental nonprofit in his neighborhood that aims to conserve and protect the open green spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Daniel's experience in renting apartments for himself started early. That lead him to purchase his first co-op several years ago. Once he became a shareholder he immediately joined the Board of Directors and went from Treasurer to Vice President to ultimately the President. He has extensive knowledge regarding the real estate purchase and sales process and will make you feel extremely comfortable during yours!
