Dan found us our dream house. He made the buying process fast, smooth and easy. We had such a great experience, that we used him to sell our old house too. He dealt with all of the irrational requests and ridiculous demands from potential buyers and their agents. While, the entire time, keeping a smile on his face and maintaining a positive, optimistic attitude. We won’t be buying another house, because Dan helped us buy the house that we’re staying here for the rest of our lives. But, I tell everyone about the great experience that we had working with him. Dan and Amy were very helpful during the sale of my home. They guided me in EVERY STEP of selling my home; from the pricing, the prepping of my home, and time line of selling my home. They were easy to talk to, and understood my situation in my personal life and kept things simple. I considered them my confidants, my friends and most importantly I trusted them every step of the way in selling my home. I never felt pressured, I felt they kept my needs in mind. They will remain my friends for life!
I was going through a difficult transition in my life and Dan kept me calm and focused on what I was doing and where I was going while selling my home. Dans assistant Amy was very supportive in both my emotional well being and also kept things professional. They kept the lines of communication open-it didn’t matter if it was early morning, late evening or 3:00am-I always received an answer! Honest! I had questions going through my brain in the middle of the night, I’d email Dan and I’d have an answer right away or first thing in the morning!
They made me feel like I was part of their family and for that I will always be truly grateful. From closing to moving they were there. And I mean they were literally there with their family when my movers fell through and didn’t show up!
Lastly, Dan and Amy aren’t just a Realtor team-they are people first, taking into consideration my needs, my situation, and so so supportive. I never felt pressured. I feel blessed to have met Dan and Amy, they will always be important to me. And I am grateful to feel a part of their family.

The absolute BEST! I had no clue what I was doing when I decided to start looking for a house, and I was just randomly looking online and went to a few open houses on my own. But then I talked to Dan...I think it was less than a week and he found me the perfect home and had my offer accepted. He's quick and great at keeping you informed about what's going on. Because lets be honest...I knew nothing! Dan and his wife Amy, really listen to what you're looking for and they have your back throughout the entire process. My offer was accepted at the end of March, just before all of the COVID-19 stuff really took off. Dan navigated the confusion and ever changing real estate landscape with ease and I never felt like we were anything but in control. The entire process was simple and they are so much fun to work with! Trust Dan and you won't be disappointed!
