Daniel Shepard

Dan has been in the Real-estate business now for over 15 years and does it full time.
He was GCAR’s Realtor of the Year 2020, Rookie Agent of the Year & Sophomore Agent of the Year and a Top 10 Agent when he was with Miranda Real Estate. He is very resolute and a diligent worker.

Dan is a former Marine and police officer. He spent 2 years at Hudson Valley Community College and is currently working on completing BA in Business Management. Dan specializes in working with active and prior military, police, firefighters, and Ems buyers and sellers. He also has substantial experience in VA loans and special programs offered to Vets.

He has been a resident of the Capital District most of his life, so he knows the area very well. He has his Broker license. Dan genuinely enjoys what he does and is dedicated to helping everyone he works with.
