Dani has navigated the New York real estate scene herself, first as a renter, then a condo owner, now as a landlord and owner of a townhouse. With that in-depth experience, she has an ability to understand each client's needs and to connect with those needs as if they were her own. She's highly skilled at serving both residential and commercial real estate objectives, and as a Certified Negotiation Expert, she wields the tenacity and persuasiveness the competitive market requires.
Originally from South Africa, Dani has lived in France and the Caribbean, but New York City has been her home for nearly 25 years. She has advanced degrees from both New York University and The New School, and she's an avid supporter of UNICEF and The Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Dani lives in Crown Heights with her husband and three children.
