Danielle Bickham Pelton

Danielle graduated from Bethel University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and a minor in Media Communication and Marketing. In August 2010 she joined Cardinal Realty Co. where she holds her license in real estate. Danielle is very active at the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. She completed Leadership SPAAR in 2018, was the Vice Chair for the Metro Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee in 2019 and Chaired the Committee from 2020-2021. Danielle was recognized with the Rising Star Award in 2020 from the association. This award is given to agents who demonstrate excellence and are on the rise in the real estate industry. She looks forward to having the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors at the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors starting in 2022.

Danielle enjoys helping her clients no matter if it is purchasing a home for the first time, selling a current home, looking to either upsize or downsize – she loves being a part of the journey with her buyers and sellers. Danielle prides herself on communication and knows that you can count on her to walk you through the process of the transaction every step of the way.

When she is not selling houses, Danielle manages and coaches at a local gym and enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her husband, and her two dogs, Mildred & Irene!
