Danielle M. Leonardo, CPM, Property Manager holds a current California Real Estate License and has earned an AS in Business Management and Business Operations. Danielle works in the commercial and residential arena sharing in the property inspections, tenant and vendor communication, auditing insurance certificates for both tenants and vendors, monitoring HVAC contracts, auditing of gross sales reports and payment, provides correspondence related to rental adjustments, rental collection and performs other bookkeeping functions.
