My husband, Jay and I became Realtors because of a bad experience that we had in buying our first home. At the time, I was a personal banker, and I thought that I could trust my Realtor to guide me, and offer advice and assistance. In reality, what happened was she came along, unlocked doors and undoubtedly, prayed that my husband and I would just pick a house, which, of course we did.

After our own bad experience, I decided that if the opportunity ever presented itself to become an agent and actually help people through buying a home, that I would jump at the chance. For the last 6 years, my husband and I have been helping home buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing housing market with our professional guidance, support, and clearly defined process that ensures our clients know every step of the buying and selling process.

Through my networking efforts, I have been fortunate enough to be able to meet some very great investors in the real estate market in the St Pete area, and the result is often times being aware of properties that are going to be available before they ever hit the market. Additionally, knowing my investors and their rental holdings gives me the insight into what homes might be available to a new investor in the area.
