About Danny

Danny was born and raised in Southern California, and came to the Central Valley on a baseball scholarship in 2006. For almost 10 years now, he has happily called the Fresno/Clovis area his home.

After graduating from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Danny played baseball at Fresno State from 2006 to 2009. His resume features four WAC Championships, First Team All WAC catcher and First Team All Regional catcher in 2007. The unforgettable event that had a huge impact on his life was winning the 2008 NCAA College World Series.

Playing baseball for 18 years of his life taught him many things. At the college level, it forced him to be accountable and learn how to manage sports and academics at the same time. It also taught him that teamwork is more important and powerful than any one individual on the team. He has taken that mentality into the work force. With the support of his staff, he strives to bring the best possible customer service to his clients. Making his clients happy is his number one priority.

Real Estate is what he loves and helping his clients is his passion. Danny was with Coldwell Banker for 12 years. He had received several accommodations including The 2021 International President's Premier Award, The International President's Circle Award, as well as being a Top 30 under 30 Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Internationally. As the market changes and evolves over time, he believes that you need a full-time agent who can keep up with, and who understands the specifics of the market in the Valley. With over 80 million dollars in sales, he has successfully had to adapt to and learn to manage many different buying and selling scenarios.

Danny also has a keen interest in investing and has personally bought into the rental property market in the Central Valley. Now is a financially beneficial time to invest.
