Joe helped us find our dream home and helped keep us within a budget that we could afford. He was available to show us any house of interest and highlighted both pros and cons that helped us think through our choices. Thank you for the endless hours that you spent on showings!
Danny helped us sell our current house. This was an extremely smooth process. He was knowledgeable about market pricing and helped us sell our house quickly (less than a week!!).

We have bought and sold at least 8 homes. Danny has helped me buy two and sale one. He goes above and beyond everything you would expect from a realtor. When buying a house he gets to know you and tries to find the perfect home for you. When selling my last home, the marketing and photos he took were amazing. I recommend Danny to everyone I know. My husband and I met Danny at a open house in our neighborhood a few years ago. We could tell immediately he was very good at this profession. He helped us buy our townhouse at that time and kept in touch with us over the years. We obviously turned to him when we started looking for something else. Danny Kuta did a great job for us on our recent purchase of a VA foreclosure home as a rental investment. My wife and I have purchased 7 properties over our 35 year marriage (3 in Texas, 4 in the Grand Valley, 2 rental properties), so we know the value of a good realtor like Danny. Danny's vigilant monitoring and prompt phone call tip about a second VA price drop (a drop likely caused by his persuasive negotiation) allowed us to secure the property just hours before a competing offer, and avoid a bidding war. Without Danny's prompt and professional service, we probably would have lost out on this great deal. He had a good feel for when to wait and be patient, and when to make a move. And then, after the contract was signed, he was very diligent with details to see the contract through the closing, not always easy with a VA sale.
