Danny Spiwak

A multifamily investment Senior Associate with BRC Advisors, Danny specializes in the sale and acquisitions of apartment buildings in the San Fernando Valley. Born and raised in the Valley, Danny uses his extensive knowledge of the local areas and their pasts to improve the futures of his clients. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Danny went on to work for two years in business operations for the Los Angeles Lakers, later serving as VP of American Moving Parts, a remanufacturer and supplier of truck parts. He also helped found www.finditparts.com, the world’s largest online marketplace for heavy-duty truck parts. Danny currently resides in Encino with his wife, Talya, and their two children, Levi and Noa.
