Moving three generations of your family to a new state you've never visited where you don't know a single person is very scary. I can't even imagine doing this without our realtor, Danny Welsch.
From our first conversation, we felt like we were Danny's top priority. We only had one full day in Richmond, and he had ten appointments set for us! Although we did not find our needle in a haystack that first day (a Fan District duplex with a garage plus studio apartment), he assured us that we would find our dream multi-generational home. And we did! When the right house became available, Danny grabbed the first appointment and took us on an extensive video tour that felt like we were really there. He measured rooms and walls and looked in every little nook. He also coached us on the bidding strategy he thought would work best, and he was right!
How do you buy a house that's over a hundred years old sight unseen? You choose a realtor you can trust, like Danny Welsch.
Even now that the deal has closed and the house is ours, he continues to help us. He has referred us to service providers he trusts and even meets repair people at our new house to let them in because he has the keys and we're still packing up our old houses in Florida. Danny has gone above and beyond our expectations of a realtor, and we are thankful that he is our first friend in Richmond.
