Clients have often mentioned that I go above and beyond to make their home-buying or selling experience enjoyable and as stress free as possible. As a full-time professional REALTOR, I review new and incoming listings several times a day and my buyer clients are often the first to see properties and get offers in and accepted.
Sellers benefit from my pricing expertise, plus I have an eye for design and help stage homes to look their best for photographing, marketing, and getting top dollar.
Before becoming a professional realtor, I had a knack for finding homes for friends and co-workers through my extensive community network. In fact, it was after finding a home for a former employer at the Denton Convention & Visitors Bureau that I decided to get my real estate license. Now I joke that in my spare time I spend time on MLS like other people do on Facebook, which is true!
My community and its people are very important to me, and I enjoy volunteering at the Denton County Office of History and Culture, Denton Main Street, Denton Community Market, United Way's Tribute, Denton Benefit League, American Cancer Society, Woman to Woman Pregnancy Resource Center’s Twice as Nice thrift store, and as a mentor at Borman Elementary School.
Faith is also a vital part of my life. My husband Bill and I enjoy attending services and Bible studies at both Denia Community Church and Denton Bible Church, and are thankful for 35 years of marriage, our 4 adult children and 10 grandchildren - so far!
