Darin Bjerknes

I grew up in northern Minnesota and moved down to Minneapolis in 1999. After earning an entrepreneurship degree at the University of St. Thomas I started my real estate career. I spent 2003 - 2006 working for a real estate investment company. In 2006, I received my real estate license and held my license with REMAX. In 2009, my wife and I purchased a home in Woodbury, MN and lived there for 14+ years. In 2011, I started my own real estate brokerage, Commonwealth Realty, LLC. I owned and operated Commonwealth Realty as the Broker until 2017 when I joined forces with Coldwell Banker Burnet - Woodbury. I held my license with eXp Realty from December 2019 to March 2024. I joined Real Broker, LLC in April of 2024 and I am very happy with that decision. I am the team lead of our real estate team called Minnesotan. We have a large group of amazing realtors that can help you from the southern Twin Cities up to the North Shore. I currently live in Afton, MN which is just east of Woodbury, where my wife Ingrid and I are raising our two kids and Jack Russell dog named Banjo.
