My wonderful husband and I have 1 beautiful daughter and we are a very active family. We love sports, the beach, being outdoors, playing games, traveling and just enjoying family time. My daughter is very active in her high school and you can find us at the school play and a lot of other school-related activities. Our black lab, Molly, was the perfect addition to our family 6+ years ago. We do a lot of walking in our neighborhood and we love to go to the mountains to hike.
I am a substitute teacher in the Fort Mill School District, too, and I enjoy the time in the schools with the kids. I am also an avid reader and started a book club in my neighborhood.
I grew up in northwestern PA and am a proud alum of the Pennsylvania State University. I lived in the metro-Orlando area for 20 years before moving to the metro-Charlotte area almost 13 years ago.
I love working with first-time homebuyers as well as sellers who are ready to make a change for whatever reason. I am a very organized person and pride myself on guiding my clients through the real estate transaction. I have a lot contacts in this area from attorneys, to plumbers, to flooring, to movers, septic/well & a whole lot more. I attend all home inspections for my buyers, I keep in constant contact with the Realtor on the other side of the transaction, as well as the closing attorney.
