I had previously placed my home on the market with another Realtor and suffered thru 6 months of having clients walk thru without as much as an offer. I shopped around for the next year evaluating various Realtors and realized Darlene Hammond had the lowest days on the market homes prior to sales. I scheduled an interview with her and realized she could get my home sold even in a depressed market. My home was on the market only one week before I received a qualified offer. She displayed the true professionalism of a highly qualified Realtor, providing me with outstanding advice during the negotiating phase of the process, always looking out for my best interest and wrapped up the sale in a very timely manner. I highly recommend her to represent anyone interested in selling their home well above any other Realtor in the area.
