Darren assisted me in buying my first home!! I’m a single mother of two young kiddos and was terrified of the home buying process. Through out the whole process, Darren helped me from not freaking out by his cool and calm demeanor, his expertise in home buying, and his availability. I never had to wait on him to get back to me with something and I felt valued and listened to. I ended up finding and closing on a very beautiful home for my children and I at a great price! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Darren during our house buying experience. He answered any questions we had morning, noon, or night. He was able to work with our schedule as we made appointments to view properties. We were given an online portal to be able to view available listings, and post opinions on any we were interested in. Darren helped me buy a home during the hot housing market of summer 2020. Him and I adapted to the current conditions of the market and managed to offer a winning bid. At the beginning, he explained the buying process to me (first time home buyer) and still did not slow down his relentless search for a house while I was learning. Was always available for home tours. There were homes that were lost, but that was the type of market we we're in.. And looking back, it only took us 3 months, from our first meeting to closing on my house - quite fast. I recommend him if you need an easy-to-talk-to and fast moving realtor. Thank you Darren.

If you’ve been in the housing market for a while then you know how tough and rigorous the whole buying process can be !!. And without the right team on your side the whole process can be daunting and may leave you in despair. I almost gave up on my dream of owning a home after working with a couple of realtors .The whole game changed when Darren came into the picture !!. He took every step in the process and simplified every component in it just so I can make the right decision with all these numerous documents I had to deal with . Not only was Darren super patience but also super active in the properties search. Darren will be my go to guy if I ever decide to get another property and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!!! Darren helped my husband and I purchase our first home together! He proved to be a fantastic resource for First Time Home Buyers. During the process, Darren was extremely knowledgeable, forth coming with information, patient, and professional. Anytime we needed assistance or had a question he was extremely responsive and helpful. Another positive of working with Darren is that he is part of a team, which provided us access to multiple resources and information. This made the buying process go smoothly during processes with other vendors, such as choosing a mortgage loan, home inspection, etc.

It was great that Darren always provided us his thoughts and recommendations, but he never pushed us to any decisions. Plus, he is honestly pretty cool and that made touring easier and more natural. We highly recommend working with Darren and his team!
