Darren Roxas was very personable, helping my friend/charge with preparing her home for sale. During Covid pandemic, helping with packing and downsizing was beyond my expectations from a realtor! During this time, my friend died suddenly, and Darren switched from just a realtor, to a friend and caring individual, helping with moving furniture, personal items to be sold or disposed of. I so appreciated Darren’s personal touch, and highly recommend him for purchase/sale of your home. CBonilla

I highly recommended Darren if you want to buy whether it is your 1st house or your investment property. He has always answered every call no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a friend as well as a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my investment. He worked closely with my loan officer and the house was closed In 2 weeks.
