Darren is the best! I sold a commercial building and he had to pretty much duke it out with the township and locals to get occupancy, which he did. He went to the town meetings and spoke to locals even afterwards. Darren was there every step of the way. Successful sale! We had a challenging seller situation that included me living out of state/not accessible. Because of the professionalism and honesty he demonstrated, we trusted Darren to sign paperwork (POA) in my absence. He went out of his way to handle repairs that were needed on our behalf while keeping us informed every step of the way. He gave unbiased advice when we asked, providing rationale behind his recommendation. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision, and we knew that if we needed him - even to help load the furniture - he would be there. This is a hard-working, honest, young man who will bend over backwards for you.

This was my first time buying a house and I was your typical nervous wreck with every step of the home buying process. Darren was an absolute rockstar when dealing with my somewhat pessimistic views on the current housing market and the chances of finding a good home without giving up everything in the process. He constantly encouraged us to stay positive and communicated every step along the way. Every time we found a house we wanted to go see, Darren booked us a viewing within 24 hours, sometimes even the night of. He met with us later at night when we were really interested in a house and always made himself available to answer our questions. He constantly made us feel like a priority and really showed us what having a good realtor can do for you. When touring homes, he pointed out things to look out for and really spent time in the house investigating to make sure the house was a good fit. I was scared to buy a home in this market because of everything you hear and read about, but Darren was honest and realistic throughout the process. He dedicated a lot of his time to helping us find a good home and never seemed annoyed with our constant questions. To put into simple words, he held our hand through the ENTIRE process and made sure we LOVED the home we bought. I am beyond thankful to Darren for everything he did for us.
