Darrin helped us buy our home in Spokane one month ago. We moved up to Spokane from the Tennessee last year. I had no idea what to expect when I try to purchase a home. Darrin walked me through every step and was always available to deal with every issue during the course. As you know, the current housing market here is crazy, most houses in my price point are staying on the market for less than a week, a lot of them for only one or two days. The house we bought went on the market the same day we won the bid and I believe it is Darrin's amazing ability to write bids that secured us the house over all the other offers.

He has the skills and patience we required to obtain our dream home. He was knowledgeable and quick to secure times for viewings which is very important in the current Spokane real estate market. And the team he works with was great at handling my issues including the loan process. I am so happy we worked with Darrin. he is very responsive and knowledgeable and made himself available right up to the closing day, even after as well. He also showed a deep concern for the racial plights facing me as an Asian. I was very pleased with our experience.
