been awarded RE/MAX 100% agent for several years, a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild, and earned top 10% in the CBR total sales in 2014-2016.
Currently, I am also a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and certified negotiation expert. My other specialties include REO / bank owned, short sales, residential sales, luxury homes, first time home buyers, Distressed properties, probate, relocation, and co-op.
I presently reside in Ft. Collins with my wife, our two sons, and our rescue dog, Moose.
