Dave Carper

Originally licensed in real estate in 1977, Dave Carper offers over 40 years of experience as an agent, associate broker, and manager. From 2001 through 2011, he held the position of Corporate Properties Manager for Long & Foster's Richmond Corporate Real Estate Services division, handling corporate inventory listings and bank-acquired properties for major relocation companies, outsourcers, asset managers and financial institutions. A native of Charleston, WV, Dave came to Virginia to attend University of Richmond and settled in Richmond permanently after receiving his degree. He and his family reside in the Bon Air area of Chesterfield County. Outside of real estate, Dave is the long-time bass player for KOS, a popular Richmond band.
