Dave Fish went above and beyond what a Realtor needs to do for their client. He was so helpful during a long and stressful process. He was always prompt in answering questions, he made suggestions and gave us great referrals to help us along the way. Even though the closing is over, we are still in almost weekly contact with Dave. He has called us quite a few times to check and see how things are going. Good man.

Working with Dave Fish was a pleasure! Dave was a consummate professional that knew what to do and when to do it regarding the sale of our Longmont home. Dave Fish is by far the most knowledgeable, attentive, caring and skilled realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has worked with many friends and both my brothers, who highly recommended him. I quickly understood why. When I first met Dave, I was living out of state. He went above and beyond to look at homes for me when I was unable to. When I was in town, he sacrificed weekends to show me houses. More recently, he assisted in a home sale. To no fault of his own, the sale was a difficult one and he stuck by my side through thick and thin. He went above the call of duty to ensure all went smoothly and it did. He has since helped me purchase another home, a new build, and no doubt just as attentive and involved. Dave first started out as my “realtor” but now I also consider him a friend. He is highly recommended in my book!

Dave Fish and his team were AWESOME! I contacted Dave through email on September 1st and let him know we were wanting to downsize from our house 18 years. He came out and laid out a plan for us, together we put a list of priorities in place that fit our busy work schedules. We followed the plan as best we could. With 18 years of stuff to go through it was a challenge. Dave and his team helped us stage and photograph the house for the best presentation we could ask for. On December 20th the house went on the market and by the end of the day December 22nd it was under contract, and January 15 we closed. We put a lot of pressure on Dave to list and sell the house quickly and once we were ready Dave made it happen!

We were referred to Mr. Dave Fish about 6 years ago when he assisted us in selling our first house in Broomfield. We were looking for someone we could trust... someone who took the time to get to know us first and didn't pressure us. He kept us in the loop on everything and made sure there were no surprises. He exceeded our service expectations and therefore we went to him when purchasing our next home. Again he kept us in the loop on everything and we found exactly what we were looking for and had a seamless closing! We have worked with Dave now on a number of occasions, both in the process of purchasing and selling. We switched to Dave and he provided results immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He listens intently to your wishes and concerns and then provides a full explanation of what he feels the right choices may be, but never gets in the way of what you the client wants.
