Dave Lacy helped me with finding a home even without having a large qualifying purchase price and found me a lender that was a big help. The process took a while with many ups and downs through no fault of Dave's but he stuck with me and throughout the process, answered every text quickly, answered all of my first time buyer questions and was very professional.
