Dave Lord

He and his wife Trish, high school sweethearts, got married in 1997. They have been blessed with three wonderful daughters who are Waccamaw Warriors. Their oldest daughter graduated from Waccamaw High School in 2019 and is now studying Historical Preservation & Community Planning at the College of Charleston. Their middle daughter graduates Waccamaw in 2021 and will also be going to the College of Charleston and will study Psychology. Their youngest is the Class of 2023 and is on the Track & Field team. His wife is an Autism Behavioral Consultant with the Georgetown County School District and a Paddle Boarding Enthusiast. The Myrtle Beach area has always been a second home for his family growing up. They moved permanently from Pennsylvania in 2009 and found their forever home in Pawleys Island. He has been a sales professional since 1996, managing customer accounts across multiple industries. His professional goal has always been to be a true resource to his customers, and he brings that same dedication to his real estate clients.
