Dave is a great real estate agent. The best!! I was suffering from the after effects of a greedy and dull-witted agent whose bad decisions had put me behind the eight ball. I watched in horror as the interest rates climbed upward and the value of my house plummeted downward. It seemed as if all was lost and my Boulder house would be on the market forever----then a friend introduced me to Dave and my luck changed. Dave's expertise and marketing skills helped turn the tide. Good news--my house is now on the SOLD list and I feel as if the weight of the world is now off my shoulders. Would I recommend Dave to other sellers? You bet!!!!!! Out of five stars I would give him six.......

Dave is an amazing agent. He worked with me for over two years looking for a house. Living in Louisiana, and having to fly up to look at houses was challenging with schedules, covid, and an aggressive market. Dave never tried to push a house on me, even suggested when to walk away from potential houses when needed. Never got frustrated when I declined on a house. I couldn’t recommend a better agent than Dave. When it comes to helping with your home needs, Dave Nelson is the man to see!
