Dave is incredibly knowledgable at what he does, was very easy to get a hold of with questions, and I had a lot. He worked hard to get us the house we wanted and could afford, and did! If I had to work with a realtor all over again, I would go to Dave first. If I decide to go sell or move at some point, I will go to Dave first. Choosing the right people to surround you when buying a home is of the utmost importance.

Dave is a pro at his craft and an even better person. I believe his skill set is based largely on his experience and his personality is based on strong ethics and commitment to doing the right thing. Dave helped us buy our house in 2014 and sell in 2019. He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and HONEST. He's very upfront about what he knows and doesn't know. He won't pretend to know what it takes to make a house what you want it to be just to get you to buy, and he's a great resource when you're selling. We consider Dave a friend and have referred him to everyone we know who bought or sold since we met him with no reservations as to how they'll be treated. Dave helped us sell our house as we were preparing for a stressful cross country move. I was living in Oregon and my husband, Missouri and we were selling during the holiday season. Dave gave great advice, offered professionals to take pictures and stage our home in preparation for the sale. These things all at no extra charge to us. What really set him apart to us was his willingness to do things like be willing to be at our house for our movers to come and inventory and estimate the cost of our move. This was something that had nothing to do with the sale of our home, and outside of his job description but just demonstrates how much he cares for his clients. Even after we had moved he stayed in touch and offered his assistance. We appreciate everything he did to make the sale of our home easier than we had anticipated.
