GET TO KNOW DAVE SHORTER

Dave received a B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont, and an MBA from UCLA specializing in entrepreneurial business and finance.  He previously worked for World Savings and Wachovia Bank as both a real estate appraiser and loan originator.  He also served as President of the Palisades Homeowners Association, where he balanced the budget, and oversaw extensive remodeling.  Dave has also worked as a fiduciary in several roles, including probate administrator, court-appointed referee and estate trustee.  Dave obtained his real estate broker's license in 2010, and, in addition to standard sales, has experience in short sales, foreclosures, probate, short payoffs, and purchase of distressed/probate property via bidding in court.
