Dave and his team helped us sell our home for notably more money than we expected and in half the time. He asked good questions, listened to us, did not try to push or steer us, advised us wisely and with exceptional understanding of the market, and utilized other experts to help us prep our home. He was professional and personable, and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. In fact, I ALREADY DID -- and that couple sold theirs promptly and for more money than they expected, too.

Dave Spence worked with us even before we actually listed our house to make it ready for sale. We were able to list even higher than we initially thought and had multiple offers in 4 days, one at list price. Dave was responsive to our questions throughout the process, which I would expect from any realtor. Where he stood out in my opinion was after the sale closed. We encountered some unexpected things at closing, none of which were Dave's fault. He continued taking my phone calls, even 3 weeks later, to help us reach satisfactory resolution.
Dave Spence showed honesty and integrity throughout our relationship with him. I would highly recommend him without reservation and would certainly call on him again if we ever decide to sell another house.

Dave Spence went over and beyond what you would expect from a Realtor. He got us multiple offers and we ended up getting more than our original asking price. We had a problem with our HOA and he completely rectified the problem. Couldn’t ask more of a Realtor. He is very responsive to questions. Great guy too!
