David Arneson

Dave is a California native from the Bay Area. He attended UC Santa Barbara, and he was the team captain of their Men’s Swimming Team. Dave became passionate about real estate while spending 11 years in financial services and concentrating his efforts on building multi-billion asset backed cash flow portfolios for publicly traded investment firms and investment banks. During that time, he has flipped properties, reconfigured properties, and owned twelve different income properties. Dave has a true gift for connecting with people and a passion for building businesses. Dave has also consulted with businesses as a strategic resource and has aided numerous companies realize and execute their respective business models. Away from the office, Dave enjoys the experience of volunteerism. He is a member of The Guardsmen, which is a nonprofit group that raises $2M annually to send school-age kids to summer camps and school. Dave also volunteers with his church and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
