David Battle

David Battle is a real estate consultant with a background in real estate investing and commercial real estate.
Prior to real estate, David had a successful career as a Systems Engineer in the Healthcare Industry, where he was able to develop business systems and a keen eye for detail while exercising his passion for helping those in need.
For David, his passion to help others and living a life of freedom led him to real estate, which has offered him an opportunity to build wealth using creative investment strategies for himself as well as his clients. Growing up in a rough environment, David worked hard to escape his surroundings and reposition himself in an area where he could thrive.
David frequently volunteers and donates to different charities including First Hand,
American Cancer Society, and his favorite Habitat for Humanity.
David is an investor specialist, in which having a background in economics, statistics, and investment analysis allow him to relate very well with real estate investors looking to create passive income for the first time as well as seasoned investors who are looking to add to their portfolio. These include investors looking to purchase & rehab properties and those looking to create their retirement plan. Before joining Coldwell Banker he was in
Commercial Real Estate where he learned how to properly analyze large apartment
complexes, commercial buildings, and businesses as a whole.
David also loves being a devoted buyer’s specialist. There’s no greater happiness for David than when he works diligently for hours and he finally finds his buyers their dream home. He has built great relationships with local and corporate builders in case his clients decide they want a new construction home. Whether they’re first-time home buyers, upgrading from their current home, or downgrading to make life simpler, David will provide unmatched customer service and professionalism making sure his clients enjoy the process every step of the way.
