David Beaver

David joined The Mottola Group in 2021 as an Associate Broker after quickly becoming Delaware’s #1 ranked Realtor at his previous brokerage in sales volume. A native Delawarean, he graduated from Salesianum School and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Delaware.

Helping hundreds of families find homes has been the most rewarding aspect of real estate for David and he attributes his success to staying true to three core values: persistence, clear communication and (most importantly) keeping his clients needs at the forefront every day. After that, everything else will follow.

Before his career in real estate, David lived in Los Angeles and New York working in the film and television industry. He enjoys traveling, live music, exercising and all Philadelphia sports teams (although this can at times be a love/hate relationship). David currently lives in the Forty Acres neighborhood of Trolley Square with his wife, Katie, and their gigantic Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Elvis.
