Growing up in Denver, going to CSU as an accounting major and living in NYC and Toronto for 20 years, David Bell never expected that selling real estate back in Denver would be his life passion. Combining his years of experience in finance, garment and health club industries, he excels in communicating with clients, understanding numbers, negotiating and marketing with proven success.

David enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them with the life transitions involved in buying and selling real estate. Knowing that real estate transactions are some of the largest and most important investments in his clients’ lives, David also never forgets the human side of the transaction and is always available to pitch in with resources — be it a referral for a contractor or helping a client move that family armoire.

David is happy to work at milehimodern and the davidbellgroup with his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Jeff Jones. Since 2013, David has sold over $200 Million in real estate in the Denver Area. In his spare time, David loves a good film, checking out the growing restaurant scene in the Denver area and being outdoors. David is an accomplished marathon runner and is at the gym almost every morning at 7:00.
