With over 10 years in Real Estate, David is more than a broker to his clients. His honesty, ethical approach, professionalism, and friendly nature have made him beloved by his clients, many of whom have become good friends. He has worked with clients through major milestones including marriages and children, as they continue to put their trust in David's expertise and guidance.

A native Israeli, David utilized his knowledge and experience in the New York City real estate market to become the Founder & CEO of the BIBIAN Group Corp Israel Real Estate, a 12-person group that consults and assists global and local clients with real estate in Israel. The company is a certified LeadingRE member company and Brown Harris Stevens affiliate. A tech aficionado, David often joins new real estate technology exploration groups to assist and implement innovative market tools. His experience includes helping launch Localize and Chatlist—two Israel-based startups—in the U.S.

David doesn't just get his clients to a closed deal: he provides white-glove service on all aspects of the process, connecting them to attorneys, movers, painters - all the individuals who can make the process smoother for his clients.

David works with a range of clients, from renters and sellers to buyers and investors. Regardless of the type or size of the deal, he puts himself in his client's shoes, considering what he would do if he were the one making the decision. Having loyal clients makes me happy," David says. "I give them more than 100%."

A graduate of Yeshiva University, David has a background in finance. He previously worked as an underwriter at a financial institution, where he organized transactions and developed his ability to oversee a deal from start to finish.

David's longtime interest in architecture and helping people invest in property led him to real estate. Between his first foray into real estate at a small East Village firm—and his time at Corcoran, where he partnered with one of the top agents in the nation and was recognized as one of the firm’s Top 20 Rental Agents in Manhattan in 2017—to his arrival at Brown Harris Stevens, he has expanded his business significantly and developed a vast client network. David now has experience in new development sales and his network extends far beyond New York City. He is currently cultivating his growing business in Los Angeles and Israel. With his local expertise and international background, David effortlessly works with clients of all cultures, across the city as well as around the world.

David speaks both Hebrew and Farsi. In his free time, he travels the world, plays tennis and volleyball, bikes, skis, goes to the beach, and often visits family in California and Israel. He also loves learning about history and architecture, especially the ways people utilized their homes across cultures and time periods. Passionate about giving back to the community, he also supports a nonprofit in West Harlem that helps families and the elderly.
