If there’s one thing David Cohen knows, it’s San Francisco, and there are very few agents who know it as well as he does. Growing up in the city, David spent a lot of time exploring it in its entirety, developing the deep attachment to San Francisco that persists to this day. It’s no wonder he calls his agency City Real Estate.

Since then, in the 17 years that David has been in real estate, he has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers, has become one of the city’s top producing agents, and has participated in over 3/4 of a billion in sales. In 2019-2021, he sold over $100,000,000 of homes in each of those years respectively and ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide.

David is a true professional, creative marketer, and experienced negotiator. There is no one better equipped to guide clients through the competitive market of home buying or the fast paced and complicated nature of selling. David’s success is defined by his clients’ happiness. A testament to this is that most of David’s business is repeat or referral from past clients. He takes his relationships with his clients very seriously, with the goal of making them feel like they are his only client.

David attended Stuart Hall and University High School and he has a B.A. in Law and Society from University of California, Santa Barbara. David is actively philanthropic, choosing to give to UCSF, Family House, Tipping Point, and other local charities.
