David D'Ambrosio

David’s career in real estate began with Doberstein Lemburg Commercial, Inc. in 2018. He started in property management and quickly learned the behind-the-scenes operations of commercial real estate. Shortly after, David launched into his career as a broker in 2020. David has experience in several commercial real estate product types, including office, retail, industrial, land and investment property. He has experience in both landlord and tenant representation, and he has assisted in successfully brokering several syndicated transactions involving multiple investors in a Tenancy in Common format. A Colorado resident since 2003, David and his wife enjoy time outdoors camping, hiking, and 4-wheeling. David also enjoys writing and playing music in his spare time.
